The order page is the front door

When a pack needs to go back, the retail partner handles the whole thing under the policy shown at checkout and on your order page. That includes the money side, which follows their policy and their timelines.

The address in our footer is a mailbox and a work table. A pack sent there cannot be matched to an order, cannot start anything moving, and mostly just confuses the kettle. Everything order-shaped goes through the retail partner.

Tell the bench anyway

If a mold came out rough or a count was off, write to the treehouse and say so. It will not replace the order page, but it is how the next batch gets better, and we genuinely want to know.
