- How do I know how many pieces are in a pack?
- The count is printed on the pack itself and listed on every card here. When a listing leaves the count to the store page, the card says so instead of guessing.
- What are the toys made of?
- Molded silicone. It squeezes, pops, survives a goodie bag being swung in circles, and wipes clean with a damp cloth.
- Who takes the payment and brings the box?
- The buy buttons open the pack at our retail partner. Checkout, payment, delivery and every update after that run through them, under the terms shown on their pages.
- Do the eggs and Valentine cards come already filled?
- Yes. The eggs arrive with a pop toy inside the shell, and the exchange cards come with the toy already attached, so the only step left is the names.
- Can I visit the Orlando address?
- There is nothing to visit. It is a mailbox and a work table. Letters yes, drop-ins no.
- A pack showed up with a problem. Who fixes it?
- The order page at the retail partner is where the fixing happens, under the policy shown at checkout. Tell us too, through the treehouse, so the bench hears about it and the next batch comes out better.
