The buy button on any pack opens its page at our retail partner. Delivery choices, arrival dates and every update after checkout live on that page and in the account you used to order. Nothing about the ride to your door starts or ends at the treehouse.

Which date to trust

The arrival date shown at their checkout is the one that counts. If a box is running late, the order page is where the answer lives; we cannot see into the delivery side from here, and guessing would not help you.

Planning around a party date

Order with a margin. A pack that arrives a week early sits happily in a closet; a pack that arrives the morning of the party makes everyone sweat. Our treehouse notes cover the sorting and counting once the box is in your hands.
